Applicable
Detect the metal impurities in the raw material or products of food, aquatic products processing, toys, clothing, shoes, chemicals, leather, and textile and so on. E.g.: Fe and the non-ferromagnetism metal goods (iron, copper, aluminum, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal) all can be detected, to improve the safety of the products .

- Adopts the double circuit signal detection circuit, high sensitivity and strong anti-disturbance ability.
- Has the double circuit signal demonstration function. When the metal good is passing, the signal light will demonstrate different induction according to the size of the metal.
- Detect Fe and SUS both. Signal processing done by digital circuit, it’s easy to adjust and works stable.
- Has the adjustment function of products effect, such as moist products, products including sugar or salt, they all can make the machine has the signal of metal, which is actually has no metal, so it gets wrong information from the products and affect the detection result. So use this machine with this function can reduce the products’ effect to get better detection result.
- Can avoid missing detection. When several metal signals are passing, the machine will automatically record the signal amount, so it won’t have missing detection.
