MW-JZQ-06 Super Wide Conveyor Type Automatic Needle Detector use super-wide detection technology, is different form ordinary detector, custom-build machine width of up to several meters. The detector is used in critical detecting broken needle on bedding products.
Applicable
Beddings, non-woven fabrics, piece goods, etc, which are in large width.
Features:
- This one is the auto needle detector with wide conveyor area, which is suitable to detect the large goods, like beddings.
- During detection, can find the location of the broken needle
- The width can be special ordered between 1200~4000mm according to guests’ needs
- Adopts closed-type return circuit probe, has good anti-disturbance ability
- Won’t influenced by other machines that are in assembly line
- Can adjust the sensitivity freely
- Will auto-alarm by sound and alarm light
